Our Leadership
At CPSI we maintain our excellence through our leadership and a highly qualified and dedicated staff. We are led by founder and president, Esther Lambert, PhD, PMP.
A graduate of Capella University with a PhD in Organization and Management with a concentration in Project Management, Dr. Lambert is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also completed a MBA in International Business at Nova Southeastern University. She has years of diverse experience in client relationship and management, business administration, change management, project/program management, construction management, and capital construction projects administration and controls. She has consulted on projects for municipalities in South Florida. She has extensive project management experience in the United States and abroad. Dr. Lambert has worked with clients including Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, and Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Mental Verdure, and Caribbean Psychological Assessment Systems. She has years of experience in multiple capacities in banking, including change management and corporate training. Her collaborative “hands-on” experience with capital and other projects has proven to be a highly valuable asset to clients and other stakeholders on projects.
Dr. Lambert believes in giving back to the community and serves on philanthropic boards including Artserve and Gift of Hope in the Fort Lauderdale area of South Florida. She is also passionate about professional growth and development through affiliation with professional organizations. She is a member of the South Florida Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI), National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC), Black National Speakers Association (Black NSA), and National Black Professional Lobbyists Association (NBPLA).
